About / Founders

The long version.

Two people, one Meta division, twenty-odd years of brand work between them. Here's the whole thing rather than the summary.

Stacy Sanford

Co-founder — brand strategy, business architecture, client leadership
  • META — EXECUTIVE CONSULTANT, SUPPLIER DIVERSITY
  • BKV — AGENCY STRATEGY
  • ON PARTNERS — BRAND MODERNIZATION
  • GEORGIA FESTIVAL OF TREES — SR. MARKETING DIRECTOR
  • FOUNDER — HOSE WATER SUPPLY CO.
  • CHARLESTON

Stacy has spent more than twenty years working out what a brand is actually for — first inside agencies, then on the client side, and now as half of hi!.

She started in agency strategy at BKV. She moved client-side and kept going: executive consultant to Meta's Supplier Diversity organization, where she built the brand and marketing playbook the team ran on. Brand modernization for ON Partners, a retained executive search firm. Senior Marketing Director at the Georgia Festival of Trees, where she delivered a 31% revenue increase and the highest-grossing year in the event's history.

Then she built one from nothing. Hose Water Supply Co. went from concept to launched e-commerce brand in four months — her own positioning, her own product, her own storefront.

At hi! she owns strategy, positioning, business architecture, and client leadership. In practice that means she is the person who gets a business to stop guessing what it sounds like.

Amo Elizabeth Aline

Co-founder — creative direction, content systems, AI delivery
  • META — CREATIVE DIRECTOR, SUPPLIER DIVERSITY
  • LYFT — CONTENT MANAGER
  • AMAZON — BRAND MANAGER
  • DELOITTE, REDPEPPER — AGENCY & FREELANCE
  • BYU CREATIVE ADVERTISING · MIAMI AD SCHOOL
  • LOS ANGELES

Elizabeth is a creative director and content strategist who has run brand inside three companies you've heard of — and now runs an agency on software she built herself.

At Meta she was Creative Director for the Supplier Diversity organization, which is where she and Stacy met. At Lyft she was Content Manager, where content-led work outran its business goals for the year. At Amazon she was Brand Manager on new launches. Alongside all of it: agency and freelance work for Deloitte, redpepper, and others.

She trained at BYU's Creative Advertising program — one of fifteen admitted — and at Miami Ad School.

What she does now is the thing hi! sells. She runs multi-platform brand systems every day on Claude-powered automation she designed and maintains herself. The delivery model isn't a pitch deck here; it's the one she already lives on.

How we met.

In 2021, Meta's Supplier Diversity organization put a creative director and a brand strategist on the same initiative — one building the work, one building the strategy it ran on. The split never really went away. Stacy takes strategy, positioning, and the client relationship; Elizabeth takes creative direction, content systems, and the AI infrastructure underneath. Both take brand.
